Advanced Beginner

This course teaches the Butterfly stroke to complete all four strokes.

This will prepare them to swim the individual medley, which is an event that consists of all four strokes.

Elementary & Intermediate

We start them on training at the Elementary level and teach the skills necessary to attain the Bronze level of the National Survival Swimming Awards. The Intermediate level is a preparatory course for children who are interested in competitive swimming to join the Age Group Competitive swimming at a later stage. The Silver and Gold levels of the NSSA will be attempted here.

Certificates, Pins and patches will be awarded upon successful completion of the respective NSSA tests. Students who progress beyond this level are encouraged to join our Competitive Squad.

Adult (13 years & up)

This course is for adult beginners who need water confidence, proper swimming techniques or stroke correction.
