Programme Details

An endurance and speed training program for adults – suitable especially for triathletes  who want to improve on their freestyle swimming. Anyone (16 years old and above) who has a basic level of swimming (freestyle and/or other strokes) may come for a one complimentary trial session.

Training Schedule:

Tuesday: 6am – 7.15am

Saturday: 7am – 8.15am
